Space UFO Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is applicable to the Space UFO app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Space Oranges (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is provided "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information

The Application does not require user registration to access its features. However, to participate in leaderboards or other features powered by Google Play Games, the user must sign in with their Play Games profile. Any information provided by the user (such as gameplay data or scores) is used solely to enhance the gaming experience and is processed and stored by Google Play Games servers, not by the Service Provider.

Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application. Any data collected and transmitted within the Application is limited to functionality provided by third-party services, such as Google Play Games or Unity Ads, which have their own privacy policies. Data Collected by Unity Ads

• User's approximate location: Advertising or marketing, analytics, app functionality, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
• User's personal identifiers: App functionality.
• User's purchase history: Advertising or marketing, analytics.
• Page views and taps data in the app*: Advertising or marketing, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
• App activity data**: Advertising or marketing, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
• App diagnostics data: App functionality, analytics.
• User's device data or other identifiers: Advertising or marketing, analytics, app functionality, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.

* Unity Ads only collects data on page views and taps during the ad experience in the ad itself, not during gameplay.

** Unity Ads collects app usage times to measure the retention of users in apps to serve more meaningful advertisements. Unity Ads only collects data on app usage times when Acquire Optimization is enabled in the Monetization dashboard.

Data is encrypted in transit.

Google Play Games Services Integration

We have integrated gaming services, such as Google Play Games leaderboards, to enhance your gaming experience. When submitting scores through the leaderboards, your game profile ID and scores are transmitted. This data is processed and stored on Google Play Games servers in accordance with their privacy policy. To use these features, you must sign in with your Google Play Games account. You can disable the integration with Google Play Games or delete leaderboard data in the Play Games settings. Google Play Game Services are available to users over 13 years of age.

Google Analytics for Firebase

Our app uses Firebase Analytics, a Google analytics service. Firebase automatically collects anonymous data about user interactions with the app, including technical details (device, OS, IP address) and in-app activities (launches, purchases, levels). The IP address is used to determine the general location (e.g., city) and analyze user activity patterns. Firebase retains the data for up to 2 months for processing and analysis. This data helps us improve the gaming experience and fix issues. We do not share the collected data with third parties, except for Google services (Firebase, Google Ads) in accordance with their privacy policy.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Google Play Games

To delete data, go to the Play Games settings.

Personalized Ads

If you are 16 or over, we will ask for your consent to send you targeted advertising. If you are under 16 years of age, we will never send you targeted advertising. Please note that non-personalized contextual ads may still be shown, but they will not be tailored based on your data.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

The Service Provider does not collect or store any data on its servers. Data, such as the game profile ID, is used solely to perform current actions, such as submitting scores to leaderboards. Score records are stored only on the user's device or on Google Play Games servers. Please note that the data may be transferred to countries other than your own and may be processed by third parties, including Unity Ads, as part of the services they provide.

Children

Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16, depending on the jurisdiction), and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect or store any personal information from children under this age. If you believe that your child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider to resolve the issue.

Security

We strive to ensure that any data transmitted through the Application is securely encrypted in transit. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
